The Sparks team always does such a great job with my car. Took it there to change out my tires and they showed me where the previous place i took it damaged my set of winter tires so thankfully they didn't put them on! I need a new set and will get all season but thank god for their heads up!!

I can’t say enough good things about Jose and his team! They went above and beyond to diagnose and address an unusual issue with my car, showing far more care and thoroughness than the dealership had. Jim and the crew at Sparks are courteous and professional. After noticing uneven tire wear, I replaced front control arms and installed a new set of tires. In order to make sure the new tires won't wear out prematurely, I contacted Sparks for an alignment. The whole experience was great. Calling in to set up the appointment was easy and the guy on the phone was courteous. I called on a Friday to schedule the alignment and they were able to get me in Monday morning. We dropped off the van and received a call in the afternoon, the same day, that was ready and alignment confirmed with a test-drive. I have had sub-par experiences before at places like NTB/Mavis where kids do alignments and never drive the car to ensure it actually drives straight. It becomes a PITA experience of having to bring the car back for rework. Sparks confirmed their work with a test-drive and it does it fact drive great. Jim and Sparks have earned my business with quality, honest work at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I dropped in about 30 mins before closing time and desperately need a new car battery as I was driving around all day with jumper cables. They got my car in right away and was able to replace the battery before closing. Really appreciated them fitting me in and getting my Tahoe a new battery!

Had my Lincoln Navigator serviced here recently and had a great experience. Everyone was extremely communicative, honest, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Jim and Jose are the best ! It's hard to find a shop that's affordable and honest but these guys were both!
