Our 2000 BMW Z3 now runs and drives like new! Our mechanic of the past 20 years recently retired, and unfortunately, our experience with the new owners of that shop was disappointing, to say the least. A friend suggested we give Sparks Car Care in Lake Zurich a try, and we could not be happier that we did. Jose, Bruno, and Corey took the time to really listen to us, thoroughly diagnose the car, understand our concerns, and develop a plan based on mechanical and safety priorities. There was never any pressure to do more than was necessary. Instead, they clearly explained what needed attention, what could wait, and why. They went above and beyond to make sure our Z3 not only ran great and was safe, but looked great as well. The shop is exceptionally clean, organized, and professional, and it is obvious that everyone works together as a team. What impressed us most, though, was the transparency and integrity throughout the entire process. That is something we truly appreciate and, unfortunately, don't find often enough anymore. They didn't just tell us what was wrong. They took the time to show us, answer our questions, explain our options, and give us the information we needed to make informed decisions. We are absolutely delighted to have found our new “go-to” shop and would highly recommend Sparks Car Care to anyone looking for exceptional service, expertise, transparency, and integrity.
